Happy Birthday to my friend, Dr Zyro Wong !!! Mommy Jane was invited by him to join his meaningful celebration at 55 Kitchen and Bar which located just 10 minutes from my house i.e. Plaza Arcadia Desa ParkCity. A nice place to hang out especially in the weekend with my Little Angels.

To celebrate his anniversary of the day on which he was born, Zyro had treated all his 200 celebrity influencers, business personalities, media and blogger friends and guests came decked out in heroic costumes on his 29's birthday celebration. Those who came with the astounding heroic costumes won best costume contest on that day. More than 10 winners were selected to win the 2XXL Fei Fei Crab worth RM158 as prizes. Congrats to all the winners for your effort to dress up like a heroic of Oriental Myths & Legends. The prizes for the best dress winners were presented by Dr Zyro Wong's mother.

During Zyro's 29th birthday party, he had successfully collected donations of more than RM6k for charity. RM3k to the Kiwanis Club of Bangsar, RM1k to Rotary Kasih, RM1k to The Giving Bank and RM1k to Gem & Bread. On behalf of all the Charity Organisations, I would like to thank Zyro and all the donors for making their life in a better way to live. As Zyro said "This is a time to celebrate friendships and love, where we come together not only to have fun but can also do something meaningful together". 

The celebration venue is host by 55 Kitchen and Bar. The night was filled with mesmerising performances by Fara Dolhadi from Asia Got Talent 2019, Simon & Max whom are our Malaysia Alan Tam & Hacken Lee, Candice who are the Recording Artiste and Andy Lau (TVB Hong Actor).

Zyro also presented his wushu performance which all the guests had enjoyed it so much. He learned it since young and took this opportunity to showcase his performance with his costume.

Natugee & Mrs Malaysia World organised Healthy is the New Happy Event

Healthy is the New Happy !!! Mommy Jane attended an event organised by Natugee & Mrs Malaysia World at the Furama Hotel Bukit Bintang on how to become a better person. As we know, as a working Mom or even a housewife, we are facing stress daily. For women above 40 years old and due to hormonal changes, we are more stressful as compared with other age groups. Chronic stress is not just detrimental to physical health, but can also trigger mood disorders. At this post, I will be sharing some of the useful information and hopefully able to help more Moms and Ladies to lead a better life.

The 1st session started with Dr Linda Mat Hassin, a Certified Advances Hormone Therapy & Women Wellness Medical Doctor. She shared a new formula for the Happiness by learning about symptoms of hormonal imbalances and how it can affect our health and lifestyle. Listen to our body, bloating, fatigue, irritability, palpitations, problems with blood sugar are a few symptoms of hormone imbalance which could lead to various mental illness. Talk to our doctors and friends about it and find the solutions to overcome it.

The 2nd session is by Madam Rena Rifaee, Founder & CEO to Natugee Sdn Bhd. She is also an Organic Skincare Formulator and advocate for natural beauty & women empowerment. She shared the top 10 misconception about skin care and how she found and created Natugee for the sake of women's skin.

Before the 3rd session begin, we have a break for 15 minutes to enjoy our delicious refreshments sponsored by the Furama Hotel, photos taking and networking.

After the break, we begin with the 3rd session i.e. the panel discussion with panelists i.e. Puan Rena, Celebrity Personality & Artist, Diana Danielle, Dr Linda and Mrs Malaysia World 2017 and National Director for Mrs Malaysia World, Datin Harveen Kaur. They cover the important of the moment topics such as healthy lifestyle tips, work life balance, stress management and motherhood without losing our own identity.
