Just Gorgeous...

Last Saturday, 6th of April, 2013, being invited by Guardian Malaysia to join the "Just Gorgeous, Just You at the Great Guardian Makeover".

As we can see, women and now men are increasingly aware of the need to look good and feel good in our personal and professional life and the Guardian makeover is an excellent avenue to discover the latest range of health and beauty products whilst enjoying a makeover at the same time.

The opening ceremony with Dance Gambit by 3 lovely ladies start at 10.45 a.m. at One Utama Shopping Centre (old wing) ground floor concourse.

More than 1,000 ladies including me and the men turned up for the Guardian Makeover for the sixth consecutive year inviting its customers to atttain a healthy lifestyle and unleash their beauty with well-known products at affordable prices during the 12-day concourse promotion.

Guardian's aspiration is to encourage its customers to love life through the gift of health, well-being and attaining a healthy lifestyle. Guardian strongly believe that as the authority of health and beauty in the country; it is their responsibility to create awareness and promoting the importance of loving life by maintaining a healthy lifestyle not only through relevant health supplements and but also personal grooming.

This is me before and after the makeover. Looks elegant and pretty, right ? Ha ha ha... If you want this, all you have to do is purchased a minimum of RM30 from any Guardian stores including one product from the sponsors were entitled to purchase a RM10 ticket for the makeover which comes with a goodie bag upon registration consisting of products from the participating brands plus saving coupons worth more than RM80 in value but me as a blogger got it for free with cash voucher.and full of goodies. All participants enjoyed a 20-minute session which covers a makeover by professional make-up artists from the 'A Cut Above' academy by renowned hairdresser Winnie Loo and once completed, we can had our picture taken by a professional photographer. The photo then can brought it home for free with exclusively designed frame.

After the makeover, we were treated with a brunch at Petite Millie which located at Ground Floor (Old Wing). I enjoyed the pumpkin soup as starter, yummylicious roasted chicken as main course and fruits as desert. Thanks to Guardian Malaysia and Butterfly Project - Beauty Bloggers for informing and inviting us, the bloggers, to this event. I really enjoyed the whole session and hope to see all of you next year...
