Taiwanese Ghost Marriage Movie, The Bride

With the start of Chinese Ghost month in August, Taiwan has release a horror film, The Bride, themed with a Taiwanese mysterious custom ghost marriage. Being invited as media, Mommy Jane and hubby went to e-Curve to watch and review the movie.

The movie is about a young film producer. Liew and his beloved fiancee, Tan who decide to settle down and get married. When Liew picks up a strange red envelope on the street and takes it back home, everything starts to go haywire as a vengeful ghost bride enters the couple's life and wreak havoc. Let watch the trailer here...

The film is produced by Japanese horror master Takashige Ichise who created a phenomena of horror cinema throughout Asia which include Ringu, Ju-On : The Grudge and many more.
