The Appetizer of fresh Crusted Tuna Loin was fabulous. It comes with small-bites to tantalize the palette and wet the appetite before the main course.

Lobster Bisque and Garlic Bread
 OR
Chicken Royale Consomm'e
I personally love Lobster Bisque more because it is amazingly delicious with plenty of sweet lobster meat.

Granita is a cool and refreshing dessert to beat the summer heat. It was the perfect treat especially when you're in hot.

FOR MAIN COURSE
Salmon Fillet with Capers Relish, Lemon Ginger Cream Sauce
Boiled Potatoes and Garden Fresh Vegetable
The salmon fillet was perfectly grilled with a slightly sweet and smoky. Serve it on mash potatoes with lemon ginger cream sauce was the best combination to made the meal perfect.

OR
Corn-Fed Chicken with Spinach and Ricotta with Mushroom Sauce
Truffle Mashed Potato and Garden Fresh Vegetables
Corn-fed chicken finely marinated with truffle mashed potato really a satisfying meal to us.

OR
