Mr Unbelievable Movie Review

As all of us had known that earlier last year, the "un-un-un-un-unbelievable" music video for the sitcom Spouse For House went viral spawned countless parodies and even caught the attention of foreign media. Lets watch the video below...

Singapore actor, Chen Tian Wen is set to leave audiences "stunned like vegetable" once more when he acted as Eric Kwek from the music video to the spin-off comedy film Mr Unbelievable. Helmed by Director, Ong Kuo Sin, the film will be the comedic tale of an underdog who never loses his integrity and belief in his brand of music.
Born on 1965, Eric Kwek Hock Seng is a man who is very proud of his own country as he follows every national campaign with great support and interest. However, since he is predominantly raised in a Mandarin-speaking environment, he finds it hard to master the English language. After his family's Getai business declines in popularity, Eric comes up with the idea of putting English lyrics in classical Chinese songs. Although his idea is rejected by his family and friends, Eric is determined to go on an unbelievable musical journey that proves dream do come true as long as you have strong will and persistence. Lets watch the trailer below :-

My Personal Review
The movie was funny and the songs were something special as compared to the songs that we used to hear. If you love the unique songs, you'll love to watch this movie. The actor and actress had done a good job to made all of us laugh and felt sad at a point of times while enjoying some of the musics. It is a motivation to all of us not to give up easily. Eventhough we might be "Unbelievable " sometime,s but with great effort, we'll become a successful person one day too.
