A Romantic Dinner with my Husband at KL Tower

Me and my husband known each other for a year before we start our dating life for a year plus and got married for 15 years. I knew him from his Company trip where I had worked before just for 3 months only and had left the Company for 5 years. Even though, just a short period of times, I did keep in touched with my ex-colleagues and luckily I had coz' when I joined their Company's trip on that year, my hubby who had just started working there, join the trip too. At Genting, we had met up with each other and our relationship had developed from there. Every year, without fail, I will tried to organised a few romantic dinners just the two of us to enhance our relationship and it always work. This round, we went to the highest restaurant in Malaysia, KL Tower for the perfect view and for a Ramadhan food review.
The buffet had started on 11 June to 3 July 2016 at Mega View Banquet Hall, KL Tower. You could enjoy "Kampung" cuisines and many other mouth-watering delicacies carefully crafted by Chef Ismal who had was there to greet his guest every Wednesday, Friday and Sunday to complete our "Buka Puasa" experiences at KL Tower.
Me and my hubby were overload with lots of lemak and delicious Malays traditional food. There are chicken and fish curry, chicken soya sauce, siput sendut, telur itik masak merah, tauhu bakar, stuffed tauhu, la la, mee goreng, nasi beryani, nasi minyak, few different types of beef, murtabak, pisang goreng and many more to go.
Every station had its own specialty and no worries of long queue. If you want to have a starter, there variety of vegetables, prickles etc for you to choose from. If you want to have noodles, just go to the Noodles station and you could choose either Asam Laksa or Curry Laksa and put in the ingredients that you love most.

For those who loves sweet desserts, then you have to go to this station where lots of different types of kuih muih, agar-agar, fruits, serawa durian, green bean tong sui, pisang penyet, refreshing cendol etc. I love their serawa durian. First time eating it and it was indeed delicious. The refreshing cendol also is one of the must-have food. Yummy yummy yummy...
Serawa Durian (Nasi pulut with durian sauce)
Refreshing Cendol
Check out the cultural performances live that never fail to amaze you on the uniqueness of the music playing on our traditional instruments while enjoying your food here.
Dining at Mega View Banquet Hall, you will experience the beautiful views of Kuala Lumpur, breathtaking sunset and unforgetable night views at the height of 276 metres above ground level.
The Ramadhan Buffet is priced at RM99++ for adult and RM59++ for child. For children below 3 years old are free. We truly enjoyed the enriched, mouthwatering and authentic flavours carrying from traditional Malay, Chinese, Indian and Peranakan ethnic of well-known dishes while overseeing the beautiful scenery of KL City Centre. It was indeed a romantic night with just the two of us on top of the tower. I definitely will bring my Little Angels here and I'm sure they will amaze with the beautiful scenery that only can be seen here while enjoying our food here together. It is indeed a recommended place if you want to have a romantic night.
