Last Saturday, Mommy Jane and Little Angels were invited to attend a charity concert by Youth for Youth with the title "A World to Imagine 2016" for Child Aid Asia Kuala Lumpur. The mission of the concert is to nurture and develop artistic talents among underprivileged children and empowering them so that they are able to contribute positively towards a better future for themselves, their family and for their community.
Children from Asia countries i.e. Malaysia, Singapore, Japan, Philipines and Indonesia had gathered together to perform for this charity concert. Most of the children performing at these concerts are from well-to-do backgrounds and who have had the benefit of a proper arts education from the time they were very young. Many of them are exceptionally talented and experienced performers who have performed on the global stage, and come forward to help out by donating their time and effort. These children also travel to our other overseas concerts, representing their home country at these afflilate events, and sharing the stage with the local talents.
The concert starts with a Welcome Speech by Ralph Lim, a founder of Child Aid Asia, follow by a speech by Dato' Faridah Merican, Co-Founder of The Actors Studio & KLPAC, Mr Siaw Wei Tang, President of Kiwanis Club of Damansara and YB Tan Sri Joseph Kurup, Minister at Prime Minister Department.

Mommy Jane and Little Angels were truly amazed with the performance of each and every child on the stage. They had performed extraordinary for the love of music and from the performance, Mommy Jane hope to instill the love of music on Little Angels and show to them that if they want to excel in music, they can if they want to. Like Michael Anthony, being handicapped doesn't stop him from doing something that he loves to do and he had performed much much better than normal child. Mommy Jane hope that Little Angels, CW who is learning piano and WH who is learning guitar now will performed like them one day and for WT, hope he will continue with his drum lesson soon.

  1. I think Melvyn played 'Ready, Go!' instead of My Own composition if not mistaken...

    1. Kylie, the concert programme list said that Melvyn performed "My Own Composition" and didn't mentioned who performed "Ready, Go !".
