RockStar Gym for Kids and Teens at The Mines

Good news to all the parents like me coz' RockStar Gym Malaysia is stamping its mark as a one-stop children's total development centre focusing on personal development. Mommy Jane and Little Angels were invited to the official launch of its latest RockStar Gym Club at The Mines on last Saturday.
Designed to enhance physical, socio-emotional and cognitive skills in a fun, caring and safe environment, children aged 6 months to 16 years old are able to take up various Sports Activities that include Gymnastics, Ballet, Martial Arts, Futsal, Tennis, Basketball, Swimming and various dance-workouts. It is conducted by local and international coaches and instructors to syllabus set by practicing standards.
John Franklin, CEO of RockStar Gym said that their programmes put a lot of focus into the development around strength, balance, coordination, agility, rhythm and flexibility while nurturing social skills, such as confidence, independence and self-esteem. They created the opportunities and situations that will encourage the children expressing and practicing those values through a wide range of Sports Activities, instructed by local and international certified instructors.

Various programmes and activities are coached following international competitive standards or syllabus set by their respective bodies which is beyond the teaching expertise of RockStar Gym. Their programmes stand out as their classes are conducted surrounding the values to build a positive environment by creating winning possibilities for all children by defining success as each child's "PERSONAL BEST" allowing each child's physical development to take place at their own pace.
The classes are carried-out with values to make a winner of every child regardless of age, shape and size. RockStar Gym ensures that the programmes are focused, fun, exciting and safe that catered to the development stages of the children as demonstrated through at the launch of their newest club in The Mines.

Launched by John Franklin and Kwangho Choi, COO of RockStar Gym, Jenny Hartono, Founder of RockStar Gym along with guests Julie Woon and Sasha Saidin, the Club's launch was highlighted with a Move & Groove session with all guests before opening its doors to the public to experience first-hand activities for the children and teen's gym.
Besides Malaysia, RockStar Gym is currently keeping the children of Indonesia fit and skilled through 15 gyms across both countries with three of them being in Malaysia i.e. The Mines, Tropicana City Mall and SetiaWalk. Mommy Jane and Little Angels had visited RockStar Gym and in love with the new Gym since there are many activities in a large area. Mommy Jane can send Little Angels there to learn all the different activities at a One-Stop Centre since school holidays are approaching soon. Since each of my Little Angels will have different interest, RockStar Gym will be the best place for them to learn and nurture while finding their own interest there. I'm sure once they found it, they will be motivated and have more confidence in life that will definitely help out in their growing-up period.
