Christmas Specials at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Christmas is around the corner and another less than 2 weeks, we will celebrate this special day. Since Mommy Jane's 2nd Sister back from Singapore for holiday with her family just for last weekend, we had an early celebration for family gathering instead. Mommy Jane had ordered specially-crafted delicacies from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf to bring more festive flair.

From well-loved classics like Vintage Fruit Cake and Dresdner Stollen to exclusive new creations such as the decadent Whimsical Chocolate cake with hazelnut and mocha, and Winter Dipped Strawberries in dark and white chocolate, it's a feast waiting to be indulged in.

Twelfth Night Bread Loaf (RM6.50 (Small) RM36 (Large))

Another dessert that Mommy Jane had ordered is the Twelfth Night Bread Loaf which is our traditional. A dry French bread-type dough with sugar on top and a bean inside, it is made of a sweet dough in the shape of a hollow circle with a glazed topping sprinkled with coloured sugar.

Vintage Fruit Cake (RM11.90 (Small) RN108.00 (Whole))

Vintage Fruit Cake is a cake made with chopped candied fruit and/or dried fruit, nuts and spices. The fruit cake is one of my favourite thing to look forward for Christmas. The cake was moist, densed and packed with lots of fruits. It is something that we should shared it with our family and friends especially on this special season.

Christmas Surprise Sampler RM98.00 (pack of 20 pieces)

No party is complete without their Christmas Surprise Sampler. Consist of a delightful mixture of Mini Classic Christmas Log, Mini Jolly Breadman, Mini Whimsical Chocolate Cupcake and Mini Dresdner Stollen. Every dessert had its own unique taste and Mommy Jane and family members enjoyed each and every taste of it and was pampered with the sweetness and uniqueness of each and every desserts in the box. The colourful desserts attracts my Little Angels and all my nieces and nephews too.

The holiday season is the time of eating delicious food with the one that we love especially all those delicious desserts that will makes everyone feel happy. The decoration is unique with the feel of Christmas spirit at each of its sweet desserts. As we enjoyed our gathering session, desserts from the CB&TL had added merrier to the gathering and makes it a meaningful one for all of us.
