Mommy Jane always look for an innovation way to cook for my Little Angels. From traditional to modern cooking, Mommy Jane will try to cook variety of dishes in a healthy way so that my Little Angels will never bored with the dishes. They will always look forward for every dinner time to try out the dishes after helping Mommy Jane to prepared it. To make my cooking easier, Mommy Jane had attended the launched of the New Generation Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker, the latest innovative product from Philips Malaysia.
As all of us knew that, we, Malaysians, are known for our love of food and with Ramadhan just around the corner, it is time to take to the kitchen to whip up some good old traditional dishes in conjunction with the occasion. As 1 Malaysian, we always look forward to the breaking fast or "buka puasa"  for the many dishes to enjoy it with our family and friends. On this Raya, Philips is offering Malaysians a means of preserving traditional local meals with the help of modern innovation, through their new Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker.

Mr. Muhammad Ali Jaleel, Country Manager of Philips Malaysia said that Ramadhan and Raya is a time for families and friends to come together over a hearty meal, and is typically a time for Malaysians to savour and appreciate delicious homecooked traditional Malay dishes such as rendang, curry and soup. However, the cooking process for some of these traditional recipes is time consuming and can take up to several hours of slow cooking to achieve optimal flavour and texture in the dish. In line with their mission to help people improve their lives, Philips Malaysia wants to help us to preserve traditions with modern innovations by helping us to cook our favourite buka puasa and Raya dishes more conveniently, so we have more precious time to spend with our loved ones.

Mommy Jane was amazed with the Philips New Generation All-In-One Pressure Cooker. It is equipped with an intelligent cooking system  and offers a fully customisable cooking experience that allows me to slow cook or pressure cook in just one appliance. We can saute, sear, bake, reheat and warm up our meals in the same machine. Most important is, Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker allows Mommy Jane to cook eight times faster which save Mommy Jane lots of times and energy in the kitchen. With the various menu buttons for cooking and steaming a variety of dishes from soup, risotto and rice to meat and poultry as well as bake cakes.

Besides that, what captures me most is the alluminium alloy inner pot of the Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker is durable and offers more effective heat conduction for a more thorough and even cooking result. It is coated with a special golden Whitford coating that is anti-scratch and non-stick. With an easy-to-programme timer that indicates cooking progress, Mommy Jane had an easier way, gone the days of second guessing when our dish will be ready are over.
Chef Marina taught all the bloggers present on the easier way to cook with the new Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker
For our peace of mind, the new generation of Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker has nine safety protection systems and comes with a pressure regulator that is microchip-controlled. Right after cooking, the pressure regulator automatically turns on to release the pressure, so there is no need to discharge the pressure manually or wait for the pressure to drop naturally as the cooker cools. We can enjoy piping hot delicious homecooked food immediately right out of the pot. Yummy, yummy, yummy...
Other Chefs, Chef Jovin Lee, Chef Ichiro, Anna Sha and my blogger friend, Ruby had shown us their specialty cooking with the new Philips All-In-One Pressure Cooker which we could made kambing salai, cakes, dodol, acar and mee soup tulang

  4. I've always kinda felt that the pressure cooker is a somewhat unnecessary kitchen appliance. When I was a little kid, we moved house and the pressure cooker was one of the larger things my mom took with her. I remember thinking that was weird and it seemed like it was taking up unnecessary space. Now I understand why, because IT’S AWESOME! Should get myself one of this later.

  6. I was loving my instant pot, bragging to all about it. Making my dogs food was so easy! I put in the food and the water, pressed pressure cook and like magic it was just done when it beeped. Getting used to the pressurization wasn't hard at all. It wasn't really difficult to use.instant pot manual
