Running is one of the easiest way for the whole family to get into a healthy and active lifestyle. All it takes is a good pair of running shoes with a safe and conducive environment. Mommy Jane always bring my Little Angels joining the run events to strengthen their bones and muscles, exercise their lungs and boosting their immune systems besides family bonding times. For this coming run, Mommy Jane had registered the family for a good caused, Shark Hero Conservation Run to raise awareness on "No to Shark Fins" to Save the Ocean.
