For a fine dining experience, lets try out Pak John Steamboat Buffet which serve urban cuisine that will satify all of us no matter we're a steamboat fanatic, a Yong Tao Foo diner or a regular cafe goer as they serve not only one kind but all in one restaurant.

Pak John Steamboat offers diners a modern twist to a steamboat meal by establishing their outlets within bustling shopping centres and boasting a wide selection of premium ingredients, yong tao foo dishes, refreshing beverages and savoury snacks. Settle into contemporary settings and behind pot-centric tables with multiple must-try dishes such as the specially-glazed chicken chop, home made soup such as curry, prawn, tomyam, miso, chicken and beef bone pepper base to accompany your steamboat meal and over 200 more dishes to dunk into crowded pots and eager mouths...

Beef rendang, chicken rendang, nasi pulut sumbat, ayam kepak perisa Coke, bubur ramadhan, sayuran tempura were the signature foods especially launched by Pak John Steamboat restaurant during buka puasa times from 28 June 2014 til 29 July 2014. Call them up for buka puasa reservation...
I was fortunate being invited to try Pak John Steamboat on 10 July 2014 with my fellow blogger friends, Miera, Sherry, Grace, Nannie, Cik Lily Putih and etc to take photos and write a review on our food tasting. We had buka puasa on that day with families of Ewana FM, orphanage, Halim Brothers from Hai Bloggers, Pak John Steamboat & BBQ, Nano Records, Creative Colour, Cheesy Choc, Santai travel magazine and others. You can watch  the event from here... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ic-8EVDjaq8 and now let me bring you to the tour of the food that was recommended...

For starter, you can try their famous and freshly made dim sum. Dim Sum is only available on weekend and public holidays....
For steamboat, you can try their Yong Tao Foo to dip into the soup. Nice and delicious and gave me the full satisfaction of it especially dip with their variety of sauce..

Or if you wanted to have a fresh one, then you should try out their fresh prawns, bamboo shell and black mussel. As you can see from my photos here, all are very fresh here as Pak John Steamboat only served the best and the freshest seafood in town. Yummy yummy yummy...

For a better taste, maybe you can add some mushrooms to the soup. It'll made the soup tastier...

For BBQ, you can try their finely marinated beef, chicken flesh and chicken wings. You can fully cook it or half cook it or just add some sauce or butter to it. Depends on your preference and taste..

If you're too hungry and don't have the time to do our own cooking session, then you should try the ready made and yet delicious food in the tray...
Nasi pulut sumbat

Chicken wing with Coke flavour
Fried Tempura

Chicken Rendang
After having all those delicious heavy food, we'll never satisfied till the desert time. You can try their freshly made waffles that was everyone's favourite, ice cream "potong", soft ice cream, jellies and of course some dates perhaps during puasa month or traditional kuih-muih...

I really really love all the foods there. Just pay for a price, you can have all this and if you have children below 8 years old, they can dine in for free. I'm sure my little Angels will love it too. I'll definitely will come and dine in again. Pak John Steamboat is my best place to dine in now. Special thanks to Pak John Steamboat, Ewana FM, Hai Bloggers and all others who had made this event so successful. To the 20 orphanage, hope all of you had enjoyed the food and performances. Attractive lucky draw prizes were given out to the bloggers too and I'm one of lucky one who had won one of those prizes. A happy day for me but instead of having it, I decided to donate it to the orphanage as I already enjoyed what I had on that day. Blurp...

A lot of food in one post haha. Well, it is a buffet so of course lots of food :D

Among all, I'm most interested in the Chicken Rendang. That is like a compulsary food when having a buffet while berbuka puasa haha.

    Happy Tuesday!
