Malaysia Food Blogger Award 2014

Being invited to join Pak John Steamboat & Yong Tao Foo's food review by Halim Brothers was a great experience to me as I also can become a food blogger now. I love all the food here because it was freshly made and freshly serve and now the moment came when we were invited again for the presentation of the top 3 best food blogger in Malaysia for year 2014. 22 bloggers which included me had join the Contest Food Review Pak John Steamboat and a total of 3 winners had walked home with RM3,000.00 and a special winner too.

My first time joined the blogger award and eventhough I was one of the candidate that might take-away the award but I did not put much hope here since there are plenty of experience food blogger who had joined the award. Nevertheless, I had put in lots of effort to made my blogpost for the food review to be as attractive as possible and who knows, the award will become mine. Ha ha ha...

Receiving the certificate of award and a box of seafood products from Jackie

All of you might wonder the reason why Pak John Steamboat & Yong Tao Foo ingredients are always fresh. Let me tell you as on that day, I learned that actually Pak John had its core business i.e. wholesaler for all the steamboat products at Selayang market. There are variety of steamboat products that you can choose from and basically most or majority of the Steamboat outlet in Malaysia were actually getting the supply from Pak John. Wow... interesting fact. At least I knew that I'm getting the best only from Pak John...

Goodies in the box given

We were entertained with some songs and taught the method of cooking steamboat by Pak John Master Chef so that we can cook our goodies back at home later. Put raw meats first and then those fried food to made sure the food are all cooked and can be eaten at one time. So hungry now. Ha ha ha...

Cooking lesson

After the cooking learning session, we can do our cooking now. Yeah... Do try their new additional soup in the menu i.e. prawn soup and curry soup and you'll definitely will love the taste of it. Yummy yummy yummy...

Basically no one are losers as all 22 bloggers that had joined the review contest were the winners of the night as all of us took home a certificate of award, a box of steamboat goodies and RM300 cash voucher from Pak John. This is my first time getting a certificate of award that mades me proud to become a blogger.
