Pavilion KL with Magnificent Christmas Ball

Last week, I received an email from Pavilion since all my Little Angels were members of Pavilion Juniors that in conjunction with its Christmas Magnificence campaign, world-class shopping destination, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur celebrated its annual Pavilion Junior Ball  and the first 100 Pavilion Junior members who registered will be able to attend it with their families for the celebration at the mall’s Centre Court, dressed to the nines in ‘Santa’ and ‘Santarina’ outfits.

As a Mom to my 5 Little Angels, I had to prepared my Little Angels for the event. So, two days before, I search at the internet  for the costumes and I got the costumes from Balloon Buzz at Publika. Santarina costumes for CW and Santa's Little Helper costumes for WH. I bought the accessories also like the santa's bag and the big ear. Used up RM300 plus for all these but when I saw my Little Angels so cute with it, investment worth to spend. Ha ha ha...

On Saturday, we went to Kidstyle at Pavilion for the Cosplay Costume Contest. Surprisingly, WT got the 3rd prize with his prince costume whereas CW and WH won consolation prizes. Thanks to Selina Ong, Brands Manager from Kidstyle for the prize of RM150 cash vouchers and Mommy had used it to purchase CM's long pant jeans whereas WH, CW and WT CNY shirts from the consolation prize. Love the quality of it and the shirts were imported from Spain...
Now back to Pavilion Christmas event. Pavilion Junior members were handed out activity sheets upon registration at Centre Court, where they were tasked to visit the five booths to earn activity stamps. The booths included a polaroid photo-taking station at the magnificent Christmas trees, a letter-writing station where children can hand-write letters to Santa Claus himself, an ice cream booth, a candy booth and a gift drop-off station where children can drop off gifts they brought for charity.

As Christmas is the season of giving, Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has chosen two charity homes, Home of Peace, a home for girls from underprivileged backgrounds and Agathians Shelter, a home that houses boys who have been abandoned or are from broken families as beneficiaries to the funds collected from the celebration. This included funds collected from the sale of Christmas packages at the Pavilion Junior Ball, which contained a Santa hat, one large candy cane and an assortment of shopping vouchers. Funds collected from ‘Santa Meet and Greet sessions’ and gifts brought in by the Pavilion Junior members were also channeled towards the charity organisations mentioned.
The celebration also included a surprise visit by Santa Claus himself, who entertained the crowd with a Christmas quiz and distribution of presents. Local TV personality and singer, Mark O’Dea was also present to delight the crowd with his soothing tunes.

The event came to an exciting peak when an unexpected dance performance surprised the crowd. Children, shoppers, Pavilion KL staff joined in as the performers danced to Taylor Swift’s ‘Shake it Off’ and ‘All I Want for Christmas is You’. With both of these songs, all children and adults which include me were dancing together happily.

With all the winners and WH was one of them
My Little Angels always enjoyed all the activities held by Pavilion since they had became the members 3 years back. From Halloween, CNY, Raya and all sorts of activities, they always learned something from there. Thats why I always been there with them. Thanks to Pavilion for the great prizes and the experiences. WH who wore as Elf on that day was one of the winner for boy category and I felt really proud of him. For CW and WH, Mommy also felt proud of both of you since both of you dare to wear costumes eventhough everyone looking at them and even took photos with them. All of you are the winners in Mom's heart....
