EnerZ Extreme Park Introduces First Ever GST Challenge

Since introduce on April 1st, everyone talk about GST and everyone worried about it but at EnerZ Extreme, Asia’s very first indoor extreme park and sports arena,  GST means Gut Builder - Sky Ropes - Trampolines. Aiming to get Malaysians of all ages excited about fitness and encourage them to lead an active, healthy lifestyle, the EnerZ G.S.T. Challenge will feature photos and videos of individuals who choose to participate in an adrenaline-fuelling and heart-racing challenge at EnerZ Extreme Park.

The Challenge requires participants to perform one of the chosen activities on the Gut Builder, Sky Ropes or Trampolines, and nominate their friends or family to do the same by uploading their fun and energetic photos/videos on Facebook or Instagram via the hashtags #EnerzHereICome,#EnerzGSTChallenge and #EnerzWhoDaresMe.

Managing Director of the EnerZ Extreme Park, Mr. Alvin Tey, hopes that this will create a chain reaction of action, inspiring more Malaysians to lead an “energetic lifestyle”, in line with their message.

“As health and wellness continues to be a major concern for us in Malaysia, more concerted efforts need to be made to reach out to all levels of the community, to encourage a change in mind-set and inspire action to lead a more healthy and active lifestyle. This is one of the reasons why we came up with a fun twist to the GST, which is on everyone’s minds now – the EnerZ GST Challenge,” said Alvin during the exclusive media tour of the Extreme Park.

He believes that the Challenge has the potential to ultimately move an entire local community to get fit, healthy and energised.

To kick things off, Malaysian model and actress Amber Chia, showed off her skills on the Sky Ropes and nominated a fellow model to take up the Trampoline challenge. Their photos, which were uploaded onto Facebook and Instagram immediately after, is already generating unprecedented attention.

For those who are joining the challenge, EnerZ Extreme Park has pledged to sponsor one orphanage to attend their EnerZ Edutainment Programme for each submission of the EnerZ GST Challenge received on Facebook or Instagram. This pledge will be carried out under the umbrella of the EnerZ Care Project, which aims to provide “energized edutainment” to children in need in the Subang Jaya vicinity. So, join the challenge for yourself and for charity purposes so that more children in need can attend the EnerZ Edutainment Programme.

The EnerZ Edutainment Programme, one of the highlights of the Extreme Park, is designed especially for kids. Adapted from the Australian Edutainment Programme to suit local culture and learning styles, this “edutainment” programme is designed to enable kids to learn and explore fun physical activities that nurture leadership qualities and team building skills.

Tqvm to EnerZ Extreme Park for having me and my Little Angels there to explore the games. Some of the activities like Tower Jump, Hill Climbing and G Challenge that my Little Angels might not brave enough to accomplish it but with some guidance and support from me, they dare themselves to try it out. Once they experience it, they had so much fun to do it again and again and I'm really proud of them. Practise Mades Perfect and Never Try Never Know... This is the quote that I always remind myself and my Little Angels so that we can succeed in everything that we do...
