Stay Healthy with Hi-Tea Series of Flower Tea

People have been drinking tea for centuries because of its health effects. It can fight diseases and even lengthen life. Mommy Jane is a tea lover and drinking tea is my second most widely consumed beverage after water.
Speaking of tea brand, Mommy Jane had come across a Company which is the largest & leading Flower Tea Exporter & Importer in Singapore & Malaysia which supply the finest quality of flower tea to consumers and businesses. Hi-Tea was established in September 2014 in Singapore. They provide a wide range of flower tea & fruit tea selections up to 35+. This number excludes the 50+ exclusive flower tea blend recipes which they are going to roll out in the upcoming months.
Tea can help you to lose weight, keep you calm and focused, repair cancerous cell damage, ward off postmenopausal bone loss, protects your teeth and gums, reduce your risk of heart attack and stroke, boost the immune system and soothe the digestive system. A cup of tea can contribute to both relaxation and concentration too.
The scent of jasmine promotes a sense of well-being and calm. Jasmine tea is soothing to my spirit as soon as I smell it being brewed. Jasmine tea offers many health benefits which include reduced risk of cancer, lower heart rate, blood pressure strike and control cholesterol levels
Peppermint Tea is a delicious and refreshing way to boost my overall health in a number of ways. The taste are soothing and refreshing. Peppermint tea was a popular "folk medicine" simply because it was reported to work so quickly and effectively in relieving a variety of disorders i.e. headache, sinus problem, stomach upset and menstrual cramp.
Since Mommy Jane was given 5 packets of different Flower tea for review, Mommy Jane had mix Jasmine Tea with Peppermint Tea for a refreshing moment at home before start my journey to work. Just put 3 gram of Jasmine Tea and 3 pcs of Peppermint Tea in a cup of hot water and brew it for 15 minutes for the perfect taste.
