Most Affordable Ramadan Buffet at Bangi Golf Resort

Looking for the most affordable Ramadan Buffet with family friendly environment ? What is Ramadan ? Ramadan is the ninth month of the Muslim year, where Muslims will have strict fasting between the sunrise and sunset. The act of fasting is said to redirect the heart away from worldly activities and its purpose being to cleanse the soul by freeing it from harmful impurities. At this post, I will share out how we could do our part to the society while enjoying the best and affordable buffet in Klang Valley.

Bangi Golf Resort ("BGR") invites the public to celebrate this holy month by breaking fast together with our loved ones at BGR Iftar Sesama. There are more than 200 delicious dishes from traditional Malay dishes to Western dishes prepared by a group of experienced Chefs for everyone in the family, friends and also the underprivileged.
With the concept of a "Farm in the City", it will feature raw ingredients that are specially planted and harvested for Malay and traditional cuisine. Nasi Kerabu together with organic dishes curated by their Chefs to be eaten with serunding, coconut fish, stir-fried sambal gravy, fish crackers, fried chicken with spices, bunga kantan, cabbage, fish king, selom leaves, long beans and flavoured with slices of lime and chilies. Their blue colour rice comes from Telang flowers which were also planted at their farm. We could even pick some of the raw ingredients for our dishes straight from the tree. Wow... A good experience for our kids.

Ramadan menu will not complete with the aroma of roast lamb on a slow-roasting spit on the fire, Mamak Sup Kambing, Chicken and Beef Satay, Fried Kuay Teow and Mamak Mee which are cooked in front of us. The Chicken Rice is cooked to perfection with a special technique and comes with an Oriental BBQ sauce, rich soy sauce and homemade chili sauce. The chicken is roasted just right, giving us a soft, succulent and juicy taste and the rice is fluffy, glistening and full of flavour.
In the Indian cuisine section, their famous Chicken Varuval, Mackerel Curry and Mutton cooked in black sauce Mamak style best to paired with Steamed Rice.

For Western kitchen, do check out their unique Sous Vide eggs which were freshly cooked with Espuma mushrooms, Spaghetti and Penne with Chicken Bolognese and Carbonara Sauce.
All the dishes in the main buffet at Garden Terrance were cooked right in front of you to ensure the food is still pipping hot and fresh from the woks. Wow...

During the BGR Ramadan Menu Preview, members of the media, bloggers, me and my Little Angels had the privileged to enjoy the King of Fruit, Durian from SS2 Durian Hill. It is indeed one of the most delicious D24 durian that we had on that day. Besides that there are durian cutting competition and entertainment by local artistes. Photobooth by Feteandfiesta was available too. After meal, children could proceed to the inflatable playground. Check out my video below...
Thanks to BGR Restaurant for having us there. It is indeed a great place to dine-in with our beloved family and friends especially on this Ramadan month. The place is spacious and the delicious food is served fresh and hot. My parents, me and my Little Angels from 3 generations loved the food very much and we plan to come back again during the Ramadan month to enjoy more choices of the food that we unable to eat on that day. Do enjoy your Ramadan month with delicious food and also to do your part in making this world a better place to stay for all of us.
