Family Staycation at Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments, Damai Laut

I love to bring my Little Angels to travel to see the beauty of our country and to learn about our culture, food, interesting and historical places etc. Since I have 5 of them, I always source for the best savings tips so that it won't burn a big hole at my pocket and we could enjoy it as much as possible especially during this school holiday. In this post, I will be sharing my experience with a 3 days 2 nights staycation at Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments, Damai Laut by SGI Vacation Club.

Moving on to the exciting activities, the swimming pool and the mini water park at  Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut are clean and has a pleasant view of the sea. While our kids are playing at the water park, we as parents could just sit to relax ourselves at the bench provided facing the sea while listening to the sea wave for a relaxing moment.

Besides the swimming pool at the resort, there is a swimming pool at Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments too. We could rent a Swan or a Unicorn float from RM5 per hour. During the school holiday season, Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments will organize some swimming activity for our kids. There was an instructor who taught and guided our kids to swim for free.

We could also rent a bicycle to cycle around the resort. Other sports activities include Darts, Table Tennis, Basket Ball, Tennis Court, Soccer and American Pool Table are provided for free at Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments. As we travelled during the school holiday season, Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments had organized colouring contest for kids. If you wish to relax in a dry heat, head over to their complimentary Sauna room which located near to the swimming pool.

How about the night activities then?

There are few activities that we could do at night i.e. we could go for night fishing. It is a fantastic fishing experience for my Little Angels. This is their first time and they enjoyed it so much that they ask me to bring them there again. In fact after our check-out, we drove to the fishing area for our 2nd time fishing experience.

While my Little Angels enjoyed the fishing, Mommy Jane and Daddy James could enjoy a romantic lunch set up by our SGI Vacation Club at only RM100 with food and drinks are provided. If you wish to have a romantic dinner, you could request for it too but subject to availability as it is part of the special holiday promotion. 

After night fishing, we went for a Karaoke session which located at our Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments for a singing session.

As for breakfast, lunch and dinner, we enjoyed our dining experience at the Garden Terrace which located at Swiss-Garden Beach Resort Damai Laut. This restaurant is fully air-conditioned and adorned with contemporary furnishing. The interior elaborates refined concept of pastel that stimulates a calming effect while dining in comfort. You could choose for an alfresco dining experience nearer to their beach at their cover terrace. Garden Terrance serves a wide range of ala-carte and buffet meals, from Asian to Western cuisines.

As the resort is located near to the beach area, their seafood is very fresh. My Little Angels loved the fresh and juicy prawns so much. They have tiger prawns, fish, lambs, beef, mussels and desserts daily at their buffet. During our trip, we enjoyed the all-you-can-eat Steamboat BBQ buffet. On that night, there is a beautiful firework display at the beach area after our buffet.

In the morning after our breakfast, we went for a jungle trekking to explore the beauty of the nature. Lead by Zulkefli, the Apartment Manager of Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments, he brought us for a walk to the jungle. Since my Little Angels are complaining coz' there are lots of mosquitoes biting them, we decided to have a little tour of half an hour instead. Nevertheless, it is a good experience for them instead of living a comfortable life at the City. Ha ha ha !!! 

After jungle trekking, Zulkefli, the Apartment Manager of Swiss-Court Holiday Apartments gave us a tour around the golf area with the buggy ride.
