Viper Challenge at Gloria Residences Genting Highlands

While me and my Little Angels staying at Gloria Residences Genting Highlands, we witness the Viper Challenge, the Asia's largest obstacle course running event. The Challenge was hosted by NCT Properties Sdn Bhd and its hotels i.e. Grand Ion Deleman, Gloria Residences and G-Luxe by Gloria at Ion Park Genting Highlands on the 7th and 8th March 2020.
There are over 300,000 participants participate the Viper Challenge locally and internationally. This year alone, there are 20,000 individuals confirmed their attendance for the most exciting weekend. With the theme, "King of the Mountain", it promises mentally and physically demanding 12 obstacles in 7km that push the fitness boundaries with the undulating landscape of Genting Highlands.
Ion Park is chosen as a start point for Viper Challenge activities this year for its spectacular mountain view of the Titiwangsa Range from 6,000 feet above sea level to ensure it is clean and cool mountain air to promote better health.
Complimentary shuttle service were provided to and from the designated pick-up/drop off area to eliminate traffic congestion within the Ion Park and maintain the pure air quality.

The challenge area located directly just in front of the GLoria Residences and G-Luxe by Gloria include the registration tent, starting and finishing lines. There are medical services, Counterpain sample to try out for muscle pains, Lush Protein bars for healthy meals, Erprotape for handgrip, special discount for the hotels, food stalls and a picnic area for all the participants.
Viper Challenge registration was open till 5 March 2020 and each pax is at RM65.48. If you miss out this year challenge, do look out for next year one.

For more details of the challenge, do visit their website at  www.viperchallenge.com and Gloria Residences facebook page at www.facebook.com/gloriaresidence. My video of the Viper challenge event as below...
Me and my Little Angels enjoyed seeing the participants eagerly waiting for their turns to start the challenge in groups. Some came with family members and some came with friends. We can see that they enjoyed themselves so much in teams. As what the emcee said "Leave no one behind" which means the challenge need some teamwork so that all of them could complete the challenge successfully. Hopefully me and my Little Angels could form a team to join the future Viper Challenge soon so that they could learn on the teamwork, responsibilities, tactics, safety precautions and many more. to stay active in order to stay healthy.
